Apartment Type A
Oubah Ville will be built as an eco village using eco-friendly and energy efficient materials. Walls will be built with insulation
that keeps the rooms comfortably cool. Up to 100 apartment complexes with 16 units each is planned for construction. Each complex
will feature a three bedroom, a 2 bedroom and one bedroom layout. It will also have a swimming pool, children’s playground and parking
for residents.
