Facilities
Oubah Ville will put Djibouti on the map as a modern country committed to environmental and social responsibility. Construction is
planned to begin in 2010 with completion of Phase 1 expected in 2012. Phase 1 will all encompass a retail centre, a sports centre,
a hospital, an international English school, a golf course and 25 residential complexes.
Each additional phase will add 25 more residential
complexes to the village.
